HistoryDr. Kathy's second daughter was diagnosed with Autism spectrum disorder in 2008. This was a big turning point in her career as an emergency medicine physician. Dr. Kathy developed a passionate interest in the condition and realized that traditional medicine did not offer the resources that she needed to support her daughter's development. Dr. Kathy became boarded by the American Board of Integrative Medicine and also trained with The Institute for Functional Medicine and the Medical Academy for Pediatric Special Needs. She also was trained in medical acupuncture and frequency specific microcurrent.
