Probity Medical Transcription provides medical transcription expertise to healthcare systems, acute care hospitals, multi-specialty clinics and physician groups in 38 states via a robust internet-based transcription platform. As a new business start-up, Probity needed to quickly fuel sales growth and gain industry recognition. Several factors made the sales process even more challenging. To meet Probity's first objective of fueling sales growth, the AdAbility creative team designed a unique direct mail piece targeted at medical information decision makers. Additional sales support materials, including a sales folder and presentation format, were created to provide continuity with the brand identity. AdAbility created a new web site to support sales efforts and reduce recruitment costs. An integrated public relations campaign, focused on business and trade media, has gained excellent coverage for Probity. The web site houses all of the articles and publicity generated through the ongoing public relations campaign. To date, Probity Medical Transcription has experienced record growth, expanding its client base across the United States. The company secured venture financing and was recognized as one of the Top 50 Fastest Growing Companies by the Central Penn Business Journal for two straight years.
