Gorilla Process The Gorilla process starts by looking at every home that enters the foreclosure process ; Gorilla inspects, values, and researches title of each house before deciding whether to bid on the home. Gorilla then attends each foreclosure auction ready with cash to bid. By compiling an extensive database, carefully examining thousands of title records, and crunching the numbers on each house, Gorilla Capital is able to acquire the best homes for our customers. Once we've found and purchased a home, we clean up the property and in many instances make significant repairs to the property. Even after all of the improvements and upgrades, we are usually able to price the home at least $20, 000 below similar houses. Gorilla Capital does extensive value assessment, property inspection and title research. For every home we buy, we look at over 150 properties that don't make the cut. Gorilla Capital sells its homes with thin profit margins and a transparent pricing policy. Gorilla Capital only sells homes acquired at foreclosure auction, we do not attempt to buy homes from distressed homeowners prior to foreclosure auctions, nor do we buy homes after the foreclosure auction that have been taken back by the bank. Once we acquire a house at auction, take photos, price the home, and post the home on our website, we send an e-mail out to alert our subscribers. For the next 72 hours, the home is only offered through our email alert/website offering. After 72 hours, we begin upgrading and improving the house and the price is subject to change as the improvements are completed.
