About Packaging & Shipping
We take care to ensure that your product arrives at its destination in wholesome condition. All steaks and ground beef are individually vacuum packed and then flash frozen to lock in all of the wonderful flavor and juiciness. The steaks or ground beef are then packed in a Individual box and nestled in a reusable polystyrene/cardboard container with enough dry ice to make sure everything arrives safely. In addition, we ship via UPS anywhere in the country. A UPS tracking number is always provided, so you'll know where your shipment is and when it will arrive!
NOTE: We only ship on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday to ensure product quality and freshness. Orders placed before 1:00PM PST on Mon/Tue/Wed will ship that same day if product is in stock. Please take these factors into account if placing an order late Wednesday, Thursday through Sunday, or on a major U.S. holiday.
