At Threshold Fitness we combine training techniques from various sports. This multi-faceted fitness program allows us to scale the intensity and skill level of each workout to suit each individual's goals, needs, and current ability level. Threshold Fitness is designed so that you have a personal trainer every day that you come to work out. We design and structure the movements that you will do every time you come in. Your workouts will be constantly changing and consistently challenging. A coach will always be there to watch your form, scale workouts, and keep you moving. The supportive atmosphere of small group training will also keep you accountable and motivated all year long. It's like getting your own Personal Training session each time you come in, for a fraction of the cost.
