Been in the Government Camp area since 1993 and there weren't any options for New Mexican food, so I created one from old family recipes. Opened as a small take out window with all fresh, homemade food for the first 11 years. November 22, 2013 reopened as a full service restaurant and cantina bar. Due to Covid we are back to a Takeout Window.

Authentic homemade New Mexican food, fresh squeezed Margaritas and Mexican beer. Specializing in our House Fire Roasted New Mexico Hatch Chili, Grande Burritos, Chicken Tamales, Chili Con Queso, New Mexico Stacked Enchiladas, Homemade Sauces and Salsa. We also offer a wide selection of vegetarian, gluten free options and a Kids Menu!
