Celebrating 15 years of playing with local food. Tastebud Farm originated as a small sustainable family farm years ago. Starting in 2000, we began offering a delicious selection of rustic-baked goods from our mobile wood-fired oven at local farmers markets. Sometime in 2007, we began making our version of a Montreal-style bagel in the cold, wee hours of the morning, preparing for the sun to come up and the market to open. In 2008 we were finally able to expand and open a small dining room with a much bigger brick oven. We now specialize in all kinds of hearth baked fare including pizzas, Montreal-style bagels, roasted vegetables and the occasional fish or clam entree. We gather our produce while working the farmers markets, making sure we offer the freshest local ingredients we can get our hands on. We take great pride in our community & love giving back by supporting our local farmers and food artisans.
Specialties
During the winter months you can find us at the Saturday PSU farmers Market every week. and on Sunday twice a month we set up at the Hillsdale Market.
