Established Stag Hollow Vineyard 1990 planting Pommard and Colmar 538 clones of Pinot Noir. Planted Dolcetto, Chardonnay and Muscat Ottonel 1991. First Pinot Noir wine vintage 1994, released 1996 First Dolcetto wine vintage 1998

Specialties

Stag Hollow specializes in distinctive artistically crafted Pinot noir, dolcetto ( Italian red varietal), and dry white muscat white wines. We are open by appointment Thursday through Sunday. Also open Memorial Day Weekend 11 AM to 5 PM and noon - 4 PM Memorial Day; Thanksgiving Weekend, Fri., Sat. 11 AM - 5 PM & Sun. Noon - 4 PM
