I started the journey of BBQ and the art of Smoking foods about seven years ago Working on the best foods in a food truck. The business is women-owned by Carol York but run by John Angelis, that is where we come up with the name Smokin John's Barbeque and Catering. We've been in business now in Clackamas for three months. My outlook is to pull in flavors from the west and bring them to the N.W. and do this all out of the food truck. I have met Champions such as Arron Franklin, of Franklin's BBQ in Austin TX
