The Scarlet Sails Theater, the premiere Russian theater in Oregon, is one the best and fun ways to learn about the Russian culture and the classic Russian theater. Celebrating the theater's 8 productions since 2015 that culminated with the 2019 tour to California and Washington, we are proud to present Russian culture to the American audience.
