Samurai Blue Sushi is under new management and new head chef. Chef Kang began as a classically trained sushi chef in 1992 in California before opening his own restaurant in Portland from 1996 until 2013. He was head chef at Masu and Bamboo Sushi. Now he's ready to begin his latest venture, Samurai Blue.
