Left lag bolt was VERY crooked. Compare left to right lag bolts. Made the guy redo this using a better angle iron that I provided.

shabby work. I even provided a nicer angle iron. but that was not used.

Shabby cable job with wires just loosely wound together to join them- no crimps. Loose painters tape.
