Restaurant O opened its doors in Coos Bay in December 2017. With his wife having been in Coos Bay for 8 years prior as a pediatrician, they both decided to set their restaurant in the picturesque southern Oregon coast. Chef O'Neill pursued a degree in culinary arts in Canterbury, graduating summa cum laude. He then started his adventure in various kitchens in Gstaad, London, Paris, Canouan and Mustique of St. Vincent and the Grenadines and Sardinia, Italy. In 2007, he was celebrated as a Masterchef at the World Gourmet Summit in Singapore. Chef O'Neill's multi-cultural culinary experience translates into an affordable wordly gastronomical affair.
