HistoryDBi Services was founded in 1978 by brothers Neal and Paul DeAngelo in the small coal mining town of Hazleton, PA. Funded by $1,000 seed money from their parents which allowed the brothers to buy some used lawn mowers and an old pick-up truck, the brothers started DBi Services by cutting grass in their home town.
