HistoryI studied at East West College in Portland. While on sabbatical for 6 months in 2004, my first massage office was in Suchitoto, El Salvador It was an experience that set the tone for my work. I volunteered with 2 clinics in Suchitoto. It being the center of the resistance-movement in the Civil War, I quickly experienced the real-world benefits of massage in my work in El Salvador. I brought those experiences and lessons home with me, beginning my practice in Portland later in 2004.
