History

Our founder, Virginia Koch Swanson, dreamed of establishing an art guild in Portland, Oregon. The Portland Fine Arts Guild was born in 1969 and in 1973 received non-profit status. Our mission is helping aspiring artists achieve their best work.

Specialties

We are a non-profit arts guild that provides affordable quality art classes for everyone. Guild members receive a discount on classes and can participate in art shows, competitions, etc.
