We are a non-profit that facilitates educational classes, provides attorney-written current rental forms, assistance over the phone or in person 9am-5pm PST Monday-Friday. We give landlords the resources they need and provide the network where they belong in order to succeed in running a safe, profitable, and fair residence or place of business.
