Brad Dowers (owner, operator) was born and raised in Portland he has been speaking the language of waterproofing since he was just a kid. Brad's a 3rd generation waterproofer with respect to the Dowers who came before him. He learned about the type of businessman and leader he wanted to become for his own family. In his previous 12 years as a long time employee at his family's business, he ran crews, headed up the commercial division, all while doing his share of creative problem solving and fine-tuning waterproofing application methods.
