The Northwest Seasonal Workers Association (NSWA) is a private membership association based in Medford, Oregon. Since 1976, NSWA has been dedicated to organizing low-paid seasonal and service workers in the agriculture, timber, and tourism industries to address the root causes of poverty and advocate for fair wages and dignified working conditions.
Completely independent of government funding and run entirely by volunteers, NSWA strives to ensure that all workers have lives of decency and dignity. They actively recruit full-time and part-time volunteer organizers to join their fight for the rights of seasonal workers in the region.
