Founded in 1997, Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance is a nonprofit organization that encourages development and adoption of energy-efficient products and services. It creates and manages cost-effective market transformation solutions for the residential, commercial and industrial sectors throughout Idaho, Montana, Oregon and Washington. The organization offers energy-efficient design, construction, distribution, product development and training services. It additionally provides a range of research and communication programs. The organization is funded by the Energy Trust of Oregon and Bonneville Power Administration. It has partnerships with Pacific Power, Clark Public Utilities, Idaho Power, Avista, Puget Sound Energy and Seattle City Light. Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance is located in Portland, Ore.
