Ordered a meal for my family and myself. Waited 30 min for it! They gave me a free medium soda for waiting Got home and only received 1 of the cheeseburger basket meals w/am fries. Super bummed....

We regularly visit Salem and occasionally stop at Nancy Jo's for lunch. I'd say they make a good solid burger. Not amazing. But pretty darn good. Atmosphere is OK, the place is a bit dated....
