SpecialtiesThe Ella Redkey Pool is an outdoor swimming pool, geothermally heated and open to the public year-round. Because the pool and its facilities are open year-round we are able to offer a variety of aquatic programming for children and adults. Should pool temperatures fall below 79 degrees the pool will be subject to closure. Please call the pool prior to your visit to confirm temperatures and pool availability. Water walking - The extra resistance from the water allows more challenge than walking on dryland, while offering a cushion for aching joints. This class will focus on stretching the body and adding mindful movements in the water. Cardio blast - This class is a high-intensity, full body workout designed to increase the heart rate and add resistance training to sculpt the arms, butt, and core. Aqua power - his class is a dynamic mix of cardio, core strengthening, and range of motion exercises performed in the deep end and offered year-round. Perfect for toning, increasing flexibility, strengthening muscles, trimming, and decreasing stress. Latin fusion - This class is low impact on your joints and a great water workout while dancing to music from around the world. Aqua interval - This shallow water interval workout will improve your overall health and fitness. It includes aqua exercises using different pool equipment to enhance muscular strength, balance and wellness. It's a great addition to any fitness program.
