bestportlandrentals.com offers really nice apartments for rent. Most are in NW in the historic alphabet district/Nob Hill NW 23rd and 21st Ave neighborhoods. We also have some nice apartments just South of Downtown in Lair HIll (by OHSU) and Johns Landing.
