Opened our doors, July 1, 1994 at 250 Oak street in Ashland. Across from the old Cantwell's building. Using only 300 sq ft, we managed to boil, bake and sell our bagels there for one year before moving to the Ashland Shopping Center at 1644 Ashland Street.
Specialties
Little Shop of Bagels specialize in bagels made with organic flour and grains. We are not yet certified organic, but 95% organic by weight. Our prices reflect the higher price we pay for organic ingredients. Ounce for ounce compared to a conventional flour bagel, it's a deal. Check it out, same price for a single non organic bagel elsewhere. Bottom line, our profit margin is much lower.
