I have been doing hair and waxing services for over 16 years. I have been certified with Eleebana one shot lash lift for tinting and lifting natural eyelashes.

I went to JC Penney's Hair Salon for a hair cut and color. It did not turn out the way I wanted. I even took a picture of the hair style I wanted. The cost was $115 plus tip. Won't go back.
