History
A Portland native, Marc attended the University of Oregon, graduating magna cum laude as a Phi Beta Kappa member in 1994 with a double major in economics and public relations. Upon graduation, he took a job as an economist with ECO Northwest, a Eugene-based planning and consulting firm. Many of his clients were lawyers, and Marc realized that that's what he wanted to become. He attended the University of Oregon School of Law and received his J.D. in 1998. He then launched a legal career that has taken him to several Portland-area firms. His work has included consumer and business bankruptcy, general and complex civil litigation, as well as assisting businesses with drafting contracts and operating agreements.
