You must make at least one and a half times the monthly rent but one person can't make more than $30,060 gross income during the first twelve months of occupancy and there are limatations on full time students also. Laundry facilities are located on each floor for your convenience. We love our Pets at Fifth Avenue, 60lb max weight, two pet max, breed restrictions apply, $400 refundable pet deposit plus $100 for second pet. Our building has controlled access, elevator, bike storage for $10 a month and garage parking (when available) for $150 per space.
