HistoryMusikhaus is a house of music located in downtown Portland (near MAC club, the Stadium, and Lincoln High School). Musikhaus teaches guitar-based music education through private and group lessons, performances and workshops. Our mission is to keep old-school musical traditions alive, by passing along these teachings to future generations. Authentic Instrument offerings give students quick access to old world sounds. Vocal lessons focus on the subtle nuances which give old world character to young singers . Our focus is on building a strong foundation, based in music theory and instrument fluency.
