This is a fantastic 3-day hot air balloon festival and they also have a carnival and food and retail vendors along with a beer tent and other beverages (for carnival hours & food/beer vendors...

0 stars, parking was $15 for ONE day. At that rate, you have to park somewhere else and walk thru the park to avoid the $45 for 3 days. But strange enough, you couldn't buy a one day pass...

The website said carnival opens at 9:00 am. The carnival staff refuse to even sell tickets until 10:00 am. Great job ruining the morning for 6 kids with a super rude carnival ticket salesperson...
