Suvi Neukam, M.D. is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at the Division of General Internal Medicine and Geriatrics in the School of Medicine at Oregon Health and Science University (OHSU) in Portland, Oregon. With expertise in geriatrics and internal medicine, Dr. Neukam provides primary care to patients at the OHSU Primary Care Clinic. She also leads the ambulatory geriatrics consultative service and teaches medical students, residents, and fellows. Dr. Neukam's special interests include physical activity, healthy aging, and care planning conversations.
Dr. Neukam completed her education and training at Middlebury College, the University of New England, and OHSU. She is a dual Finnish-American citizen and has a background in molecular biology-biochemistry and philosophy. Outside of her medical practice, Dr. Neukam enjoys spending time with her family outdoors, cycling, playing the piano, and pursuing arts and crafts.
