Specialties
We're a New Orleans inspired Oyster Bar specializing in fresh Farm to Table Oysters served raw, baked and fried. We also offer Cajun classics such as Shrimp Etouffee, Gumbo, Jambalaya and Po Boys. EaT has an extensive Bourbon list and a full bar serving a variety of classic cocktails. Four revolving taps offer craft beer from local breweries and we have several white and red wines served by the glass. The bottle list includes many Oyster friendly wines including Growers Champagne, Muscdet and other wines from home and abroad. We're a casual restaurant with fine dining quality cuisine made from scratch daily so come on down to the Oyster bar for some Southern hospitality right here in the Northwest.
