The Eastern Oregon Alcoholism Foundation, also known as EOAF, is a nonprofit corporation that works with state and local government agencies and private organizations to combat the devastating effects of chemical abuse on victims. It is a residential drug and alcohol treatment facility that provides structured, supportive and affordable drug-free housing options for families. Founded in 1960, the organization provides detoxification, residential, and outpatient alcohol and drug treatment services for children and adults. The Eastern Oregon Alcoholism Foundation administers Jennings House, which is a program that includes residential treatment services for men with the disease of chemical dependency and can accommodate up to 15 men.
