My father started out on the pump industry in 1959, working for Pacific Pump Company which is now known as PACO Pumps. In 1972, he started up Don Blair's Pump Service. Hard work, long hours and exceptional service grew the business. In 1990 after I came back from college, we bought out Paul Dickerson and expanded Dickerson Well Drilling, Inc. Over the years, we have stayed a small family business that focuses on high quality with honest up front bids. We do not respect contractors that bid
