Nancy owned the Sourdough Bakery and Village Roastery in Winchester Bay on the coast since 2003. Nancy relocated to Wilsonville in 2018 and brought her proven recipes with her! Stop in and try a Sourdough bagel made with sourdough starter Nancy created in 1985 from grapes.
