McKay High School
McKay High School is a traditional high school serving students in grades nine through 12. The school has an enrollment of more than 1,800 students and its nickname is the Royal Scots. It offers classes in applied arts, English, fine arts, health, math, physical education, science and social studies. The school has sports teams in cross country, football, soccer, basketball, wrestling, swimming, baseball, golf, tennis, cheerleading, volleyball, softball and track and field. It offers opportunity to students to participate in various clubs, including art, anime, French, dance, Russian, science, reach, scholar society, student government, yearbook and the Future Farmers of America. McKay High School is a part of the Salem-Keizer Public School District and is located in Salem, Ore. Its business partners are MaPS Credit Union, Oregon Department of Consumer and Business Services and SELCO Community Credit Union.
