Julie Barker is a 30 year north coast restaurant veteran. Her previous restaurants include Blue Sky Cafe and bread and ocean, both in Manzanita. She is excited to offer unique homemade ice creams and chowders in scenic Nehalem.
Specialties
We make homemade ice cream and semifreddo. And made-to-order specialty chowder. We offer several vegan options with both our chowders and our frozen desserts. Most menu items are gluten-free. We always offer at least one vegan/gluten-free cone.
