AOA combatives is true to the term MMA we do not teach only one style. We are not a Brazilian jiu-jitsu gym or a Wrestling club. We are not a Boxing Gym or a Muay Thai gym. We use and implement techniques from any and every system. Every athlete is different and every athlete needs a tailor made system. We do have a base system as does every other system. Our knowledge comes from Wrestling, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, Judo, and 10 years of Public safety training in Armed and Unarmed Self Defense. We strive to make a well rounded MMA Athlete. We serve every age, gender, and skill level.
