AFURI's signature ramen is light and refreshing. We layer aromatic flavors and textures to create natural umami that pairs perfectly with our handcrafted ramen in steaming broth. The addition of yuzu, a citrus fruit native to Asia, gives a touch of brightness and enhances the flavors, all while balancing depth and richness. AFURI Izakaya adheres to a traditional style of fireside cooking known as robata. Specialties include organic farm-raised chicken, in-season vegetables --all slowly grilled to order on a live-fire robata grill. Our sushi is sourced both regionally and from world-renowned purveyor, Toyosu Market, in Japan. We offer an extensive selection of sake chosen by our sommelier, as well as craft cocktails, expertly blended using traditional and modern techniques with the best local and seasonal ingredients available.
