Five years ago I was in a terrible car accident that tore all the muscles on my left side. Doctors wanted to give me drugs, physical therapists wanted me to crank a machine that made me hurt. Nothing made me feel better, everything hurt. I decided to take back control of my health. I joined a gym and began searching for a personal trainer who knew what would help build up my torn muscles. I tried four trainers before I found one who actually knew the muscles and what would help me repair my body. After a year of training I was healthy, my muscles were repaired and I could enjoy life again. This was my inspiration to help other people like me.
