History
The culinary team, Mr. Kim and David, have more than 43 years of combined experience in the restaurant and food service industries. Before opening VII Asian Bistro, David was the previous owner of the Wok Stop Food Truck. Also, Mr. Kim was the original owner and cook of a well known local Vietnamese Noodle restaurant. The menu at VII Asian Bistro is inspired by the Father and Son's Vietnamese heritage with Chinese influence. We strive to make our menu both convenient and appealing to a broad customer base by offering both dine-in and takeout service, as well as a combination of lunch service menu items during the day and more refined bistro-style dishes in the evenings. Our mission is to provide the freshest ingredients and quality food with a great dine-in experience.
Specialties
Our specialties are traditional Vietnamese Noodle Soups: Pho with Beef Broth or Glass Noodles & Egg Noodles with Pork Broth. The broths are well balanced flavors cooked slowly for twelve hours. They are made fresh daily. There are more than nine types of meat to choose for your Pho, most popular is the Combination. We also have Vegetarian Pho with vegetarian broth (not cooked from the same beef broth). If you like seafood, we also have Seafood Pho. We basically CUSTOM the Pho to YOUR LIKING!
