I began cutting meat right out of high school in 1987 at a small IGA in Norman, ok. Since then I have cut meat and ran markets for Albertsons, Food Lion, Homeland, Pratts, Crest, WalMart, Skaggs and Buy 4 less. Over the years I learned what to do to gain your customers confidence and what not to do to ever lose it. When Albertsons sold out ,I started trying to open my own meat market. I wanted to open a small market that I could run and wait on customers first hand and get to know them personally so that I would know immediatley what I needed to change to be a better meat market.

We take alot of pride in offering the best quality in every thing that we sell. If you are looking for a tender and flavorful steak you can afford or fresh, natural chicken or breast to bourban street marinated chicken breast, you will find it here. We also carry fish fillets as well as lobster tails, shrimp, and other seafoods, fresh pork as well as making our own sausages. If you come in and cant find what you are wanting in the counter there is a meat cutter here to cut whatever you need. We can also order large quanities of any meat for your next church or school event. You wont find a cleaner market that sells a fresher product.
