Taco Mayo is a fast food, franchise, Mexican restaurant chain featuring both pleasant inside dining and fast and efficient drive-thru service. While the market is saturated with outlets for hamburger, submarine, pizza and other fast-food menus, Taco Mayo offers a unique variety targeted toward a Tex-Mex cuisine. Taco Mayo restaurant buildings are primarily freestanding units ranging from 900 to 2,200 square feet with drive-thru service. But, the company also has side-by-side or kiosk co-branded units. Several prototype plans for freestanding units are available. It is also acceptable to remodel a facility that the franchisee either buys or leases. Taco Mayo s menu includes large flour tortillas filled with marinated steak, roasted bell peppers and onions, shredded cheddar-jack cheese, and its own chipotle-lime sauce, folded and grilled until golden. The kid s menu offers a choice of crispy taco, soft beef taco, bean burrito, or a kid's quesadilla.
