In April 2005, Radiotronix brought on Red State Ventures as an equity partner to provide the much-needed working capital required to support our continued growth. In July 2005, we moved into a new manufacturing facility located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. In addition to the new facility, we added new manufacturing equipment, including a state-of-the-art MyData MY-12 hydra pick-and-place line. Since 2001, we have steadily grown our portfolio of embedded wireless modules and accessories. Today, we offer more than fifty products that make it simple and fast for any engineer to make any product wireless. Our products are value added and solve real problems through the innovative application of technological advances in radio design, embedded wireless protocol and application design, packaging, and manufacturing processes. Key markets include industrial automation, automated meter reading, asset tracking and management, law enforcement and emergency response management, home automation, and wireless sensor networks. Our standard embedded wireless products are marketed through a network of sales partners and distributed around the world by Mouser Electronics, Qualmex ( Mexico ), D-Components, Avnet, Braemac Electronics, Q-Vio, Symmetry Electronics, Eltech Ltd., Ekom Ltd., Solid State Supplies, Lawicel AB, Tecnikadue, B-Z Com Ltd and Richardson Electronics. Our embedded wireless solutions give our suppliers the two things that they want and our customers the three things that they need. Wireless IC suppliers suffer from long sales cycles and a significant technical support burden due to the difficulty of wireless design and the relative inexperience of the OEM customer base. Our customer partners suffer from long and expensive development cycles, reliability problems from unproven hardware and software designs, and manufacturing issues due to the complexities of building wireless products. Embedded wireless solutions from Radiotronix solve these problems: the development to market cycle is reduced by 8-12 months, production issues are eliminated and overall production cost is reduced, technical support is provided to one company instead of hundreds or thousands, and our products are tested, reliable solutions with proprietary, state-of-the art features. In 2005, we expanded our business model to include custom manufacturing in response to a growing demand from our customer base for wireless product manufacturing. With the addition of custom manufacturing to our business model, we can now offer our customers the specific solution they need. Whether it is an off-the-shelf embedded wireless module, a custom wireless PCB, or a complete turnkey solution, Radiotronix is a proven and capable partner. Our focus is now to continue to develop the core business of embedded wireless modules and new lines of products have been introduced to further this component of our business. Radiotronix is also undertaking contract manufacturing which will allow us to provide our expertise to companies seeking cost effective solutions for existing and new products. Finally, we have implemented a customer-focused web-based marketing plan that will allow our customers the opportunity to obtain smaller orders at prices that are extremely competitive. Most importantly, we understand our first priority is our customer and our business is to provide solutions for them. Our engineers continue to fill the pipeline with new and innovative products and we listen to our customers. We are not satisfied with a product until the customer says they are. Let us help you achieve your next level of success. Our embedded wireless products and components are designed for a diverse range of application and markets, including:
