Growing up with family members in the medical field inspired me to pursue medicine. I've known since I was four that I wanted to be a doctor to help people. Interacting with my pulmonology patients, some for over 10, 15, or 20 years, motivates me to maintain their quality of life. My Christian upbringing shapes my values, believing in serving God and others. I feel a spiritual presence when caring for patients and always pray with them before procedures. I trust that God guides me in my practice, and I hope it shows in how I care for my patients.
