CrossFit OKC has the honor of being the first established and longest running CrossFit gym in Oklahoma. Our staff is extremely fun, knowledgable and professional.

We specialize in bridging the gap between hiring a personal trainer and just having a regular gym membership. The group class atmosphere is encouraging, motivating, and best of all keeps you accountable! We train for a well rounded fitness. Gymnastics, Olympic Weightlifting, Kettlebells, Running, Rowing, and Powerlifting. Learn how to squat, press, and deadlift properly. Learn how to run without pain. Learn how to do a pull-up.
