INCOG, also known as the Indian Nations Council of Governments, is a regional planning agency for Tulsa Metropolitan Area. It offers a range of community planning, economic development, engineering and development coordination services. The council also provides public safety coordination, research, data collection and transportation planning services. It serves various member cities in Oklahoma, including Barnsdall, Collinsville, Drumright, Glenpool, Haskell, Kellyville, Lawrence Creek and Pawhuska. The council also serves Creek, Osage, Rogers, Tulsa and Wagoner counties in Oklahoma. Its environmental and engineering services division offers engineering assistance to member governments by reviewing engineering plans and preparing bid specifications for various public works projects. INCOG is located in Tulsa, Okla.
