HistoryThe Martial Arts Center was established in 1991 to teach fundamental techniques based on traditional Tae Kwon Do method by General Choi. Other disciplines of martial arts have joined the school over the years to include Tia Chi, Aikido, and Kung Fu. After a long tradition of teaching, the original owner has stepped down in 2019 and passed the school's ownership to an active black belt Instructor and current student that has been teaching the Tae Kwon Do classes for 5 years at the school's current location.SpecialtiesWe primarily teach the fundamental techniques based on traditional Tae Kwon Do method by General Choi, founder of Tae Kwon Do. We also teach some throwing techniques, ground fighting techniques, submissions, and basic self-defense. We also have Tia Chi, Aikido, and Kung-Fu classes available.
