The Services Department is a public agency that is responsible for the management of construction projects, roads, parks, cemeteries and buildings. It maintains more than 200 miles of roadways and streets, as well as offers repair services for curbs, catch basins, culverts and potholes. The department provides tree trimming, ditch cleaning, snow removal, street sweeping, traffic sign installation, and stop bar, school zone, crosswalk, and intersection and railroad arrow re-painting services. It additionally offers maintenance solutions for various vehicles, including fire trucks, police cruisers and related equipment. The Services Department operates a parks maintenance division that provides landscaping services for playgrounds, soccer fields, ball diamonds, tennis courts and shelters. It is a part of the government of West Chester Township in Ohio.
