The Mayfield Smoke Shop is a tobacco store found in Little Italy on the main Mayfield drag. It has a large selection of cigars from around the world in many different price ranges, but does not carry pouch tobacco or tubes. There are a few brands of cigarettes available, but the bulk of the inventory consists of the cigars. The Mayfield Smoke Shop also carries candy, cold drinks and lottery tickets.
