Sandusky Career Center offers adult career and technical courses, as well as GED preparatory and ESOL classes. Its services include career counseling, resume building and the arrangement of internships. The center offers career programs in the fields of cosmetology, professional office assistance, firefighting, police, nursing, medical assisting, phlebotomy, welding and electrical repairs. It additionally conducts classes in knitting, painting, dancing, sewing, crocheting, typing and Spanish. Sandusky Career Center has partnerships with the Sandusky Police Department, the Ohio Department of Transportation, Firelands Regional Medical Center, Condensed Curriculum Services, Terra Community College and the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services. Located in Sandusky, Ohio, the center is accredited by the North Central Association, Commission for Accreditation and School Improvement.
